How Can You Help?

Sponsorship provides essential support of this event and the opportunity to get your local business or resource noticed! Your contributions are tax deductible.

All donation levels go to directly to help with the 2013 conference. Sponsorship supports conference activities and scholarships for low-income gardeners who do not have the funds to attend the conference.

Items can also be donated to the Silent Auction. This event is a perennial favorite of the conference and a great way to help us fill the scholarship fund coffers.

Sponsorship Levels

Conference Supporter
($10,000 to $30,000 for general expenses)

As a Conference Supporter your organization is given prominent visibility to all participants:

  • Name and logo placement on ACGA registration website and conference program
  • A featured article in Community Greening Review and Community Gardener Newsletter
  • News release opportunities
  • Opportunity for name brand identity to be linked to one event during the conference
  • Booth space at the conference and product sample distribution opportunities

  • Up to 4 complimentary conference registration tickets

Event Sponsor
($5,000 to $10,000 for tours, banquet, workshops, film night, silent auction)

As an Event Sponsor your organization gains visibility to all participants:

  • Press release opportunities

Scholarship Sponsor
($700 to $3500)

Scholarships make it possible for people who cannot afford the experience to attend. A suggested contribution of $700 provides 2 scholarships and $3,500 makes 10 scholarships possible.

Scholarship sponsors are acknowledged as follows:

  • Acknowledged in all conference materials
  • Named in Community Greening Review and Community Gardener Newsletter
  • Scholarship appreciation during conference
  • Link on ACGA website

Informational Table Sponsor
($1,000 to $2,000)

ACGA invites local and national organizations to sponsor a table to inform the conference.

In-kind Donations ($500 or more)

Provide snacks, drinks, advertising, services, prizes, or speaker thank you gifts. In-kind Donors are acknowledged as follows:

  • Acknowledgement in Community Greening Review and P-Patch Newsletter
  • Named in the conference venue and printed materials
