Dear Members, Supports, and Board of Directors,

I hope this letter finds you well and filled with anticipation for the arrival of spring. As we step into the month of March, I wanted to extend a warm welcome and provide you with some updates and guidance for your garden endeavors.

First and foremost,  I want to express my gratitude for your continued support and dedication to our organization. Your involvement and contributions are invaluable to our mission, and we are truly grateful to have you as part of our community.

As we transition into March, it’s an exciting time for gardeners as the promise of warmer weather and new growth fills the air.  Here is are some tasks and activities to consider for your garden this month:

Prepare the Soil, Start Seeds Indoors, Prune and Divide your trees and shrubs, and you can also plant another season of Cool-Season Crops.

Drumroll, please… Our annual conference will be held in the vibrant city of Boston. Boston, with its rich history, vibrant culture, and thriving community gardens, offers an ideal backdrop for the American Community Gardening Association conference. As one of the oldest cities in the United States, Boston is steeped in tradition yet embraces innovation and sustainability, making it the perfect host for our gardening conference. With a strong commitment to community engagement and green initiatives, Boston exemplifies community gardening, making it an inspiring destination for our conference attendees eager to learn, connect, and be inspired by the transformative power of urban agriculture.

Mark your calendars and stay tuned for more details as we finalize the conference agenda,  speakers, and venue specifics. Whether you’re a seasoned conference veteran or a first-time attendee, this year’s event is sure to inspire, educate, and connect us in a meaningful way. Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm. Together, we will make this year’s conference an incredible success.
